Too funny! I want to know what happened to letting those of us with little kids get on first? I can’t even quantify how many people I clocked with one of my many bags as I struggled to get Dex and I settled on the plane on a recent trip. I was embarrassed and they all had head wounds (or bruised knee caps at the very best). 40 people were sighing impatiently behind me and I finally realized why they used to have that policy.

My 700 sq ft apartment has a bike section, a watching tv section, a sitting on the couch section, a bathroom, and a drawer where I store all my Gu. What more does a person need in life?

That’s awesome. Our garage isn’t huge (although, I mean, it’ll hold two cars, or, in our case, one car and ALL THE CRAP JARED HAS TO STORE FOR WORK), but we have similar discussions about the house. “It’s in the guest room.” “Which guest room?” “Not the one that’s the office, and not the one with the TV. The one with the daybed.” And that’s why we put up with living so far out in the ‘burbs.

Karen – according to an article she wrote for the New York Times in 2007: “The marathon was a man’s race in those days; women were considered too fragile to run it. But I had trained hard and was confident of my strength. Still, it took a body block from my boyfriend to knock the official off the course and allow me to complete the 26 miles 385 yards.”

I totally agree with you – I get so MAD looking at that picture!
